LOVEBEING™only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

Intellectual property

Despite being trademarked for clothing, LOVEBEING NFT’s and and music are CC0 Project. Please be cool.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LOVEBEING™ and its affiliates and hold LOVEBEING™ harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on liability

LOVEBEING™ is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

LOVEBEING™ reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between LOVEBEING™ and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped USPS and we currently can only ship to the United States. Where we ship physical goods to, will eventually change! So stay tuned. The $10.00 flat fee is used to cover shipping materials and costs and is non negotiable. In some instances the flat fee may seem too much and in other times, you are getting a break depending on the order. Tracking info will be e-mailed to the purchaser.

Return Policy

All fine art, prints, zines, and stickers have “all sales final zero-return policy.” All marks and unique offsetting to any physical art piece is intentional. Materials and substrates that are used, are intentional, and sometimes the materials used in production are found materials. Clothing has a 30 day return policy. If you don’t dig what you ordered or it’s not up to your standards, no sweat! We get it. Just e-mail us: G@lovebeing.world and we will take care of you with a full refund.
